Welcome to POSH! We are an energetic team comprised of cosmetologists, barbers, manicurists, message therapists and aestheticians. We consider ourselves masters at our crafts and love the art of making others feel beautiful inside and out! Along with our full menu of services, we also seek continued education and master courses to grow with the current trends and stay up to date or advanced in techniques. We also offer tanning packages, tanning lotions, boutique items and hair care essentials in store. We hope you fall as in love with becoming POSH as we have! Shelby Hicks (Owner/Cosmetologist/Barber)
My name is Shelby Hicks, I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2019 and the owner of Posh Salon, Spa, and Barbers since 2022. I am cross trained as a barber, and I specialize in Foilayages, Baby lights, and Vivids. I am certified in Brazilian blowouts, four types of extension application, and Keratin certified. I chose to be a cosmetologist to be a part of the memories. You only get so many first haircuts, wedding days, proms, or therapy sessions with your hairstylist.
Megan Cowans (Cosmetologist/Barber)
I’m a newer stylist, I have been doing hair for a little over a year. I specialize in color matching/blending. I enjoy doing lived in colors, keeping up with newer trends, one length haircuts and layering, men’s cuts, and styling.
Alicia Crutchfield (Barber)
I am a licensed barber/ stylist from Moody. I have been in the industry for 18 years. I am certified in Babe hair extensions. I specialize in clipper cuts, also in coloring, specifically balayage/ foilayage. I keep up with the trends always continuing my education & trying to grow as a stylist.
Katie Mcpherson (Cosmetologist)
Hi, my name is Katie. I am a recent graduate of Aveda Institute and I am excited to start my career in the beauty industry at Posh. My passion lies in providing exceptional services such as blondes, vivids, and perms but I'm up for any challenge! I look forward to seeing you soon!
Haley Perry (Cosmetologist)
I’ve been a licensed hairstylist since 2019. I’m a color specialist ranging from lived in colors, bright blondes & balayages. It’s important to me to stay educated & ahead on today’s trends in order to give each client their desired look.
Kaylie Tyler (Cosmetologist/Barber)
Hi I’m Kaylie! I have been a stylist for around 3 years and added nail tech to my expertise in December! I specialize in lived in color services as well as redheads, natural or vivid. For my nail business, i specialize in gel services (builder gel, gel X, gel polish, etc.). I love what I do because it allows me to connect with real people and perfect my craft all at the same time! I cannot wait to have you in my chair!
Hannah Roseman (Esthetician/Cosmetologist)
Hi, my name is Hannah Roseman! I graduated from Aveda Institute this year as a licensed cosmetologist and have also been a licensed esthetician since 2018. I enjoy doing facials, blondes, layered cuts, men’s cuts, and blowouts. I am so excited to expand my career here at Posh & look forward to meeting you!

Holli Hicks (Administrative Manager)
My name is Holli Hicks otherwise known as the Momager/"Empress". I worked as an administrator for 25 years offering resources for the special education students in multiple different school districts. Now that I am retired, I am a part-time receptionist, full-time book keeper, and full time "Momager".
Gabrielle Hicks-Corbin (Social Media Marketing)
My name is Gabby Hicks-Corbin. I’ve been managing Posh Salon’s social media pages for two years. We all find purpose in uplifting each other and those around us. My counter parts fulfilling their purpose looks like making men, women, and children feel confident in their appearance. I find that purpose in promoting their hard earned skills and their natural talent in their chosen crafts. Posh is more than a hair salon, and I feel blessed to be a part of such an incredible team.
